Morning Kickoff
The day begins at 7 a.m. with the entire crew gathering for a morning briefing. Our team leader, Dave, runs through the schedule, assigning technicians to various AC repair and air conditioning installation jobs across the city. We go over any special requirements or challenges for the day, ensuring everyone is prepared.
On the Road
By 8 a.m., we’re all in our service vans, stocked with tools and supplies, and hitting the road. The first stop might be a routine maintenance check for a commercial client or a emergency repair for a homeowner whose system has gone on the fritz.

Lunch Break
Around noon, we’ll grab a quick lunch, often grabbing something from a nearby deli or hitting up a local food truck. It’s a chance to recharge and swap stories from the morning’s adventures.
Afternoon Push
The afternoons are typically a continuation of the morning’s work, with a few extra energy-efficient system installations or preventative maintenance visits thrown in. We work diligently to ensure every customer is taken care of before the day’s end.
Wrapping Up
As the day winds down, we’ll head back to the shop, restock our vans, and log any necessary paperwork or follow-up items. Dave will often have one final huddle to recap the day’s successes and challenges, and we’ll start gearing up for another busy day at Grissom Service Company.
